Downloads and standardises the rOpenSci glossary for use in the combined glossary.

Arguments

url: URL of the rOpenSci glossary CSV file.
retrieved_at: Date on which the glossary is retrieved.

Value

A data frame containing the standardised rOpenSci glossary.
